Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel engines and truck systems. You’ll be part of a close-knit shop environment where your skills are valued, and your work makes a direct impact on our customers’ success.
Responsibilities
• Diagnose and repair diesel engines, transmissions, hydraulics, and electrical systems
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on diesel trucks and heavy equipment
• Troubleshoot issues efficiently to minimize downtime
• Maintain accurate repair records and communicate clearly with team and customers
• Keep work area clean, safe, and organized
• Stay up to date on industry standards, tools, and repair techniques
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic (3+ years preferred)
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, truck systems, and diagnostic tools
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Welding and fabrication skills a plus
• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
